Go all the way to the bottom of the partition/drive map, select “Finish partitioning and write changes to disk”, then press ENTER. You will be asked to confirm that you want to write the LVM related changes. Select “yes” and press ENTER.
It may take some time to finish the LVM changes, depending on the speed of your computer and the mass storage device used to store the hard disk image files. Be patient!
Next, the installer should continue with the usual installation steps.
