Each member should indicate his/her current expertise, as well as
his/her areas of interest. It'd be a bad idea if everyone in a team
has the same (limited) expertise and interests, in general. We do
have successful teams that only have computer science students, which
shows that people can develop interests and expertise in areas
other than their majors.
