4.2 JFS or XFS

These two are industrial strength file systems, designed from the ground up for servers. Both are fairly mature as file systems, but are relatively less used in a Linux environment. As a result, despite the solid code base, these file systems may not be as well supported by the Linux community.

Nonetheless, if you require a ¿16GB file system, or a file system is highly efficient with large files, JFS or XFS are good choices.
