There are three components to a user ID. The first component is your actual name, given name first. For example, “Alan Turing”. Next, specify your email address. This is actually how you will identify yourself when you apply GPG. As a result, be sure to a valid email address here.
You can also enter a comment field as a part of your user ID. This field is optional.
