GPG can be fully integrated into a email client, such as Mozilla Thunderbird and possibly others. Once integrated, GPG becomes an engine for both encryption and signing. This is a topic that should be left for another module. However, those who are interested can look up additional material, such as Enigmail (the add-on that integrates encryption into Thunderbird).
