Each team needs to turn in a monthly progress report in the last week of
the month, with the exception of December. The following items should be
included:
- Overall timeline. I know, this means you have to resubmit the
timeline again and again. You can make adjustments to the
timeline as the project progresses, and I need to know the
latest and most updated timeline.
- Tasks accomplished. List all the tasks that are accomplished since
the previous progress report. Each task should include a
description, and the names of participants.
- Tasks to finish. List all the tasks that should be accomplished
when the next progress report is due. Again, each task should
include a description and names of participants.
- Issues and concerns. Are there any special issues and concerns?
Such issues and concerns can be technical, managerial or
of whatever nature. If a task hits a snag, it should be reported
in this section.
- Meeting logs. You don't have to include minutes of each meeting.
At a minimum, include names of the members who attend each meeting.
Indicate the schedule meeting time, and when each members arrives.
Turn in the monthly progress report electronically. Each team only needs to
submit one progress report.
