7.2 Weekly progress meeting

I expect each team to hold a weekly progress meeting in all three quarters. This meeting should be scheduled on Monday or Tuesday so a team has two opportunities to meet in person every week, evenly spaced.

In each weekly meeting, members should indicate status of their respective assigned tasks. The team coordinator also need to bring up the overall timeline for the project so it is clear to everyone how the project is progressing.

After each meeting, action items should be noted, recorded and sent to all members. This way, everyone knows what needs to be done as the result of a meeting.
