  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Slowly add water until the batter reaches a thin consistency.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter (about 1/4 cup) into the skillet, swirling the pan to evenly coat the bottom with a thin layer of batter.
  4. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift from the pan, then flip the pancake and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
  5. Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Serve with your favorite toppings like jam, syrup, whipped cream, or fresh fruit. Enjoy!
