  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, then mix well.
  6. Add eggs one at a time and beat slowly.
  7. Fold in sour cream until the filling is creamy.
  8. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
  9. Let the cheesecake cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with fresh strawberries and strawberry sauce before serving.
