Chef José Andrés’ 1-Minute Omelette
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- Salt (optional)
- Pepper (optional)
- Oil or Butter (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine egg and mayonnaise in small microwavable bowl TIP: Grease bowl with oil or butter to help prevent sticking
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Let sit for 10-15 seconds before serving TRY: Add in cheese with fillings such as diced ham or peppers to create different flavor combinations!
