A cute and tasty ghost cookie shape recipe for halloween or scary movie night!

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In a large bowl beat sugar and butter together. Add eggs milk and vanilla until combinbed. Then slowly add flour until combined. Rest in fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C). Using a ghost cookie cutter roll out dough and stamp 1/8 inch cookies. Freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake until lgihtly golden for 8 minutes. Place on cooling rack.
  5. Make the icing in a medium bowl by combining powdered sugar, corn syrup, milk and almond extract. Place about half of the icing into another bowl and mix with black food coloring.
  6. Pipe white icing on ghost cookies and wait to cool for 15 minutes. Then add the black food dye for the eyes and outlines.
  7. Allow cookies to cool completely then serve your ghost cookies!
