3.1 Responsible

A good team player must take responsibility seriously. If a member promises a team that he/she will complete a task by a date, that task should be complete by the promised date, to the best ability of the member.

I understand it is difficult sometimes to keep promises because of all those other classes and activities. Things happen. However, using there is a difference between an excuse and a reason, and part of the difference is the sense of responsibility.

Remember, your team depends on you. If you say you will do something, do it. Otherwise, don't promise or indicate that you would do it in the first place.
