Go to http://www.someprofs.org/~tauyeung/files/deb4dev.7z, and download that file. It is about 150MB large. Then, use 7-Zip to open it.

Once you have .7z file opened, extract all the files to where you installed QEMU, assumed to be c:\ in this module.
