Gabrielle Fell was born and raised in beautiful Humboldt County, California, where she was heavily involved in the local theatre community from an early age. She has appeared onstage and backstage in several productions, and volunteered with a youth theatre group throughout middle school and high school. This passion for the arts and education followed Gabrielle through college and still persists in her life today.
Gabrielle graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts with a minor in Shakespeare Studies from Southern Oregon University in Ashland, Oregon. While attending SOU, Gabrielle gained skills in acting, backstage crew work, set and prop construction, costume design, and dramaturgy. She also discovered a particular talent for formal writing, editing, and formatting, which she hopes to pursue in the future.
After leaving Oregon, Gabrielle spent nearly two years developing, writing, and teaching elementary-level curriculum for STAR Education in Roseville, CA. She also volunteered her time building sets and props with Sacramento Theatre Company’s School Partnership Program. Currently, Gabrielle is working on a project to chronicle the life and stories of esteemed Sacramento City College professor, Dr. David Warren.
